We were needing a new custom gate for our 9′ wood fence, and we were needing it very quickly due to an upcoming activity we were having. Flash Fence came out on a Saturday afternoon to do an estimate. I told them we really needed to do it that same day if we could. He said that he could do that, and went and got the materials and completed it the same day! I do not know another fence company that would be willing to do that the same day, and on a Saturday!! That is Great Customer Service!!

We got several bids from fence companies in the Bryan/College Station area. It took several calls and a couple of appointment times to even get bids from one of the companies. Flash Fence, on the other hand, always did what he said, when he said. He showed up on time to give us an estimate. He even came back and provided us samples of the materials we were considering. The bid was very competitive and we really liked the quality of the materials. Flash Fence was very responsive and was able to meet our tight deadline. They completed the job (160 feet of 5′ tall powder coated fencing with 4 gates) in one very long day. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and left us with an awesome fence. They even did some custom changes on one gate against the driveway slab to make sure the dog couldn’t get out. I highly recommend Flash Fence of College Station. Professional, quality work, for a competitive price. Very timely, kept all appointments and met all schedules. I will call Flash Fence again if we ever need any more fencing.

Received several bids from the more reputable fence contractors in the B/CS area. Flash Fence came in with a competitive bid and seemed to be the only company who wanted the job since no one ever called me back.
My job consisted of about 170′ of cedar privacy fence with three rails and 4×4 wood posts. Tyler was able to explain to me the pros and cons of the various types of material from steel posts to cedar vs pine pickets.
Work began on schedule with Tyler and his crew working steadily and according to the specs we outlined in the contract. Of course, this may not seem like a big deal that they actually showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do.
HOWEVER!….I have had numerous different contractor horror stories about guys who didn’t show up on time, came and went with no communication, ran past deadlines, and in one case flat out ran off with a large deposit. In my opinion, the ONLY thing a contractor has to do to be great is simply do a quality job…..for the amount of money we agreed on…..and in the allotted time that we discussed. Seems simple, but seems to be a lost art these days.
Anyway, this ended up being a contractor story with a happy ending. Fence looks awesome, i feel confident in the quality of construction and durability, and was actually finished a half day AHEAD of schedule.
If you just want a great job from a professional company with no drama, I highly recommend Tyler and Flash Fence.
